How do I use my Oliver Inc. Furniture or Board Wax?+

    Apply a small amount to a microfiber cloth and buff it onto the surface in a circular motion. Let sit for 5–10 minutes, and then remove excess by buffing with a fresh microfiber.


Where do you source your lumber?+

    We buy from lumberyards that source their wood sustainably and locally.


How often do you release new items?+

    We’re always working on new designs and trying new things. Along the way, we’ll release one-of-a kind items too. Follow us on Instagram to find out about new and one-of-a kind pieces.


I understand that all furniture is built to order. How long can I expect it to take?+

    Generally, 1–2 weeks. We’ll send you an email if we need to extend that time due to periods of heavy production.


How much does shipping cost?+

    Shipping varies based on the item ordered and your location. Generally, most furniture items ship between $50-100. All small wares ship free of charge. Each product will have more details in the "shipping" drop-down on it's page. All shipping invoices / quotes will be sent separately from your purchase via Quickbooks.


Do you ship Internationally?+


Can I pick up my order from your shop?+

    Due to safety and liability issues, we can’t allow for order pick-up at this time.

Can I return my item?+

    Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new and saleable condition. If an item has been used; if it is marred or damage, it is no longer sellable. Please email us for exchange and return inquiries, please include your order number in the request. Returns are not accepted for customized items.
